Our Cadets program is built specifically for teens aged 12–15, offering a high-energy, challenging environment that bridges the gap between children’s and adult classes.
With a focus on age-appropriate structure and progression, students train at the right pace to build real skill, strength, and confidence—setting them on a path to realise their full potential in martial arts and in life.
STRONG BODY, SHARP MIND
Each 60-minute class is designed to challenge teens both physically and mentally. With a balanced mix of kickboxing technique, strength and conditioning, and flexibility training, Cadets build the discipline, fitness, and focus needed to thrive—both on the mats and in everyday life.
GROWTH THROUGH CHALLENGE
Our coaching philosophy empowers teens to push boundaries, learn from setbacks, and develop the mindset of a true martial artist.
We emphasise personal responsibility, resilience, leadership, and goal-setting—life skills that extend far beyond training and help shape confident, driven young adults.
BALANCE, PROGRESS, CONFIDENCE
With three sessions a week to choose from, Cadets can stay consistent without sacrificing time for school, friendships, or other passions. Whether aiming for competition or self-improvement, students grow stronger, more focused, and more prepared for life’s challenges—with every class leaving them better than the last.

My son and daughter have been attending for almost 3 years now. They have progressed so much over that time. My daughter absolutely loves it here and attends as many lessons as she can. My son has also upped his lessons, which was a big thing for him. They have both made many friends there and enjoy every second of every lesson. Kickboxing has helped improve their fitness, concentration, and has had a positive impact on their mental wellbeing and social skills. They come out of lessons with a smiles on their faces, also a little sweaty as they work hard. Lee is an amazing teacher/coach, who is always helpful and great with the children. Helping them progress and grow. Would highly recommend
