Since 2004, Bai Lang Kickboxing Academy has been a proud part of Telford, welcoming people from all backgrounds to train with high pedigree K1 Kickboxing tuition. Currently based on the Gower Street Trading Estate in St Georges, our spacious, vibrant, well-equipped martial arts centre is a safe and lively place to grow your skills and confidence. Guided by Lee Whitfield, a 5th dan Black Belt and Pro champion in Kickboxing, K1 and Muay Thai, along with his dedicated team of experienced coaches, we offer classes that pack a punch for all levels. I started Kickboxing at a young age due to being bullied. Kickboxing has helped build my confidence, channel my energy positively, keep fit and healthy, and has instilled many life skills. All of which I am passionate about passing on to all those I teach today.

I am on a mission to pass on the great benefits of Kickboxing to people of all ages and backgrounds, teaching at the highest level, and helping to positively change lives.

UPDATE... My son and daughter have been attending for almost 3 years now. They have progressed so much over that time. My daughter absolutely loves it here and attends as many lessons as she can. My son has also upped his lessons, which was a big thing for him. They have both made many friends there and enjoy every second of every lesson. Kickboxing has helped improve their fitness, concentration, and has had a positive impact on their mental wellbeing and social skills. They come out of lessons with a smiles on their faces, also a little sweaty as they work hard. Lee is an amazing teacher/coach, who is always helpful and great with the children. Helping them progress and grow. Would highly recommend Both my son and daughter attends the gym.such a great place and very friendly.

Lee has put Telford on the map for true ring based kickboxing/K1, having trained British, European, and World champions. Whatever your fitness goal, you can certainly achieve it with Lee's guidance.
